Acceptance

By using networkappstudio.digital or engaging Network App Studio for design and prototype work on app interaction analytics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional studio engagements — prototypes, audits, workshops, and critique sessions. Descriptions are informational. A separate written confirmation defines the binding scope, fees, and timeline for any engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and original materials published by Network App Studio, remains our property unless a signed agreement assigns specific deliverables to you. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use the delivered prototype package for your internal product and analytics work as stated in that agreement. You may not resell our templates or workshop formats as your own product.

Client materials

You retain ownership of product screens, event catalogs, and confidential materials you provide. You grant us permission to use them solely to perform the engagement.

Liability

Our work is advisory and design-oriented. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue effects, or the performance of third-party analytics tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network App Studio’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeongsangnam-do shall hear disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
