Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for Network App Studio engagements (prototypes, audits, workshops, critique sessions). This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Timeframe to request

Write to info@networkappstudio.digital within 14 days of payment for unused booked sessions, or within 7 days of delivery for fixed-fee packages if deliverables were not provided as confirmed in writing.

Full refunds

A full refund is available if we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or if work has not started and you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled kickoff or session.

Partial refunds

If work has started on a prototype or audit, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the agreed rate, documented in writing. Deposits for work already underway are generally non-refundable except where required by Korean consumer law.

Non-refundable items

• Completed critique sessions and workshops that already occurred
• Delivered final prototype or audit packages accepted without timely written objection
• Third-party costs you authorized (for example, rented meeting rooms) once incurred

Cancellation and rescheduling

Workshops and critique sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may forfeit the session fee or require a rebooking charge of ₩150,000. No-shows without notice are charged in full.

Work already started

Once discovery interviews, workshops, or drafting have begun, fees reflect progress. We will itemize completed stages if a mid-engagement stop is requested.

Refund method and processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Email info@networkappstudio.digital with your name, engagement type, payment date, and reason. Include +8244842470 only if you prefer a callback. We respond within five business days.
