Process
How Interaction Analytics Prototype work moves from briefing call to annotated package — the custom path behind our flagship engagement.
-
Briefing
We frame the product decisions the analytics should support, the journeys in play, and what already exists in your event catalog. You leave with a written scope note before work begins.
-
Journey inventory
A workshop — remote or at the Namhae studio — inventories interaction points. Paper screens receive marks; ambiguous taps get named in plain language first.
-
Prototype drafting
We produce annotated low- and mid-fidelity screens plus an event map tied to questions, not coverage vanity. Properties stay short enough to explain in one sentence.
-
Critique and refine
A live review challenges clarity and testability. Two revision rounds are included in the flagship package.
-
Handoff
You receive the final package and an optional engineering Q&A hour. Implementation remains with your team or partners — we design and prototype, we do not ship SDKs.
